Day 4: We visited Dinsey's Hollywood Studios. We got there shortly after the park opened and got lucky enough to walk straight in to Disney Junior Live! Disney Junior characters are some of Brenna's very favorite. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is the only reason she got interested in Disney World to begin with. The puppet stage show included 4 her of favorite tv series; Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Little Einsteins, and Jake and the Neverland Pirates.
Brenna's favorite part of the whole show was when the Gold Doubloons fell from the ceiling!
Next stop was The Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Then it was off to our Disney Junior Play n' Dine Lunch at Hollywood and Vine! This by far was the funniest of all our character meals. The kids got lots of time with the character as they danced, played, and visited. They did at least 3 dance numbers and a conga line with the Special Agent Oso and Jake. Between all the dancing and the characters stopping by the table to visit, we barely had time to eat!
After lunch, the boys headed over to Star Wars Star Tours while Jessica and I took the kids to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. Our kids thought this was the best playground ever! There were slides, tunnels, giant spider webs, and water drips everywhere. Thanks to the enormous grass, everything was nice and shady. The kids would have stayed there all day long!
As we made our way to Toy Story Mania, we ran into the Green Army Man. They girls marched along side him up and down Pixar Place giving salutes!
We jammed out with Disney Channel Rocks!
Next we made a pit stop for ice cream and snacks. There were alot of those throughout the trip! The boys and Ella took on Tower of Terror, while I walked around and snapped a few pictures. Ella loved Tower of Terror so much, that she rode it again with me and Jessica.
To finish out our day at Hollywood Studios, we watched the Beauty and Beast stage show. This is such a Disney classic and the girls loved all the music and dancing!
That night we all enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the California Grill inside our hotel. After dinner, we decided to take the night off and enjoy some down time in the room. The hotel has its own nightly entertainment that we could enjoy right from our balcony. The view at night was gorgeous and every night the Electric Water Pagent would pull up right to Bay Lake Lagoon and give us our own personal show.
Later that night we got to enjoy Illuminations, the fireworks show at Epcot, right from our balcony.
There's still more to come. Check back later, as I finally wrap up our McAlister Disney Vacation!
