At Kidtropolis the kids were able to be doctors, vets, and even do their own grocery shopping. At the Vets office their was a cat that looked exactly like our Moose. I've never seen a stuffed cat so fat!
We had to spend some time at the ExxonMobil sponsored exhibits (for some reason, I felt obligated......) but it actually turned out to have one of the more age appropriate activities for Brenna. She loves solving pattern problems and we do them often in our preschool workbooks.
At the Invention Convention the kids built their own parachutes to fly in the wind tunnel. This was Brenna's favorite part. We brought her parachute home and spent the afternoon dropping it off the balcony upstairs. They also got to build their own lego car and race it over a course.
We did a craft last fall where we gathered all different kinds and sizes of fallen leaves and then used crayons to make leaf rubs. So, Brenna was excited when she saw this station. She was an old pro and quickly got to work carefully coping each leaf.
